Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: Yes, free samples are available, and we will work it out this way: Firstly, you need to pay for the samples and freight, but the same amount of cost will be deducted when you make the order after confirmation of the samples.
Q: What’s your MOQ? Can I add up different products to reach the MOQ?
A: Usually the MOQ for dinnerware sets is 100sets,single type, but it varies from type to type. And if the models you choose are in stock, the MOQ is flexible.
Q: Are your products safe?
A: Yes, they are safe, all raw material we use are co-friendly, lead free, chromium free, and quality control department especially responsible for quality checking in each process.
Q: Can you help us to develop our own product?
A: OEM/ODM/OBM are all available, we have professional teams doing this, please contact with us to discuss more details if you need it.
Q: What is your production leading time?
A: For stock products, we can ship within 10 days, if production is needed, the leading time is around 40 days usually, if there are holidays in the production time, please confirm the time with us.
Q: Where do you ship from? Where do you ship to? Can you do drop ship?
A: All products will be shipped from China, mostly from the YanTian / SheKou Port, if you need to ship from other cities or ports, please contact us for further confirmation. And we can ship to worldwide. Drop ship is available, and we will leave no information of us if requested.
